Actually, it would help to know if this squealing happens when the AC is off or on, or both. These 4-cylinder engines do have a likelihood of squealing.

1. Get a new AC belt Nissan 02117-92523 or Gates/CarQuest 9365 belt (12.5/13mm x 935mm).

2. Take off the power steering belt; run the truck, see if squeal goes away. If so, replace that with Nissan 02117-25023 Gates/CarQuest 9495 Goodyear Gatorback 17494 (12.5/13mm x 1260mm).

3. If still squeals, pull the alternator belt so that the AC belt can be accessed. Pull the existing AC belt off, spin the AC idler pulley and the outer rim of the AC compressor's clutch by hand and feel for roughness or noise from either. Do this with the engine off and you will not cut off your hands or kill yourself. If both feel and sound OK, install the new AC belt purchased in Step 1. The AC belt generally needs to be a little tighter than the other two belts. Then install and tighten the other belts; replace those if worn while you're in there.

Power steering belt is Nissan 02117-25023 Gates/CarQuest 9495 Goodyear Gatorback 17494 (12.5/13mm x 1260mm)
Alternator belt is Nissan 02117-90513 Gates/CarQuest 7355 (9.5mm x 920mm)
