[Grumpy Shihtzu]

2014 Nisson Frontier, When driving my hood seems loose like too much slack an it's kind of flapping a bit or moving like it isn't shut tight and I was fearing it may fly open. I checked it, it was latched but too much slack. I even cut 2 small pieces of black pool noodle and then cut those length wise half way and slid them on the edge of the hood before closing to take up some of the slack but is there a way to get my hood to latch tighter without having to drive with pool noodles lol? Has anyone else had this problem? I only just bought it a couple of months ago.

Loosen the bump stops on the hood. That will take up the slack.
