So, I got a metal rod stuck in my rear right tire... Eff.

Went to go change to my spare, problem....

My truck has the one key-type lugnut on each wheel, it just so happens that the key-lug on the tire that is flat right now is BROKEN... it's rusted out and broke. I've already tried to pound some sockets around that key/lugnut and get it off but, it just won't budge. I soaked it with W-d last night, no go... brought it to my local parts plus, my buddy's father works down there, he called me up and told me it's being a bitc* but they're still trying to figure out what they're gonna do to get that nut off. Beast.

If any of you have idea, let me know and I'll run down to the shop and work on it with them. I've already beat the piss out of it trying to get it off with what tools I have but, no go.

thanks for any input.. surely appreciated.

Snap on, craftsman, mac co all make locking lug removers....usually most mechanics have em. Might be worth running over to a local pepboys or something, give a guy $10 and borrow it. Tire shops will also usually remove them, but they charge a arm and a leg.

PB Blaster or Kroll are way better than wd 40.

Since lug nut is fubar already weld some thing to it so you can get socket or wrench on to it.

I got my tires at discount.... I broke my lug key when it was way to cold out. Went down to them they took it off for free and gave me a set of wheels locks for free.

I have no idea how they did it though.
