Hello,
Ive lurked around and seen a couple post regarding some engine idling vibration or just engine vibration in general but I wanted to see if anyone could do me a favor.
I have noticed on my 2023 Pro X when the truck is cold (sits overnight) that when I first start it up, and take the gas pedal and VERY lightly/slowly press in to get the rpms to go up, there is some MAJOR vibration. Im not talking about small vibration im talking the whole front of the truck is shaking kind of vibration. I alslo notice that the rpms flucates, when your pressing the gas pedal in slowly and almost like the engine is missing.. This happens between 750- to maybe 1100ish rpms that I can replicate this in. I would be concerned enough to take to dealer but goes away when warm and no check engine lights. So I feel like Id be wasting my time @ dealer
Can anyone that has the noticeable vibration in your truck go and start yours after its sat overnight and try what I just did. I am going to try and record it and post a video. Funny thing is when the truck gets to operating temps after its driven. It Goes away.. You have to barely touch the gas pedal to get the rpms to go up really slow, almost like feathering the gas pedal and youll see what im talking about. This is also when the truck is in Park.
