Ah….so MY 23 and not 22’s.
Whenever in doubt, check your VIN against the Nissan website or NTSB sites for most current recalls/TSB available. Things change and information may not be up to date.
This a forum that just tries to post the most up to date information available... at THAT moment. You, as the owner, must preform YOUR due diligence in making sure the information is correct and up to date for your specific truck. Calling/visiting your local dealer's service department, and having them enter your VIN as well, will indicate if any issues need attention.

That’s what I did hence the question as they posted the pawl and 4wd switch together….

always bring the details so it saves a step

According to supplier production records, the issue occurred on certain Model Year 2024 Frontier vehicles equipped with an affected front right hand lower link and produced during the specified vehicle production period. No additional Nissan or INFINITI vehicles are affected. Production Dates : JAN 29, 2024 - MAR 04, 2024

I just purchased a new 2024 last month haven't even made the first payment yet and got a recall notice for an oversized ball joint. I have an appointment Friday to have it fixed. Less than 1000 miles and in the shop it goes. I hope that this isn't going to happen often. My 2012 Chevy Colorado with over 200000 miles has had 0 repairs other than normal wear.

That ball joint would have to fail AND take out the snap ring. So while it is a recall, it only impacts a small number and not a sudden failure scenario. It isn't really any worse than the 2012 Colorado recalls.

Total recalls since 2022 are not many if it makes you feel better.

I mean thing about a recall especially new vehicle like that this early is actually good because you aren't paying for the recall and theh get it fixed , some manufacturers wait years down the line and then have a recall when its already been worn to heck , sure it sucks there is a recall but I mean you either get lucky or you don't you seem to have gotten lucky woth your colorado , others don't because tons of chevys or other vehicles have crappier issues especially down the line , even Toyota with all their 2020 and up models and its worse than what we have. So take it for what its worth.

Drive the Chevy Colorado while Frontier gets a ball joint replacement. Unless you don't have it anymore.😀
