What did you do to your 3rd Gen Frontier today?

I put my Milwaukee Shop Vac behind my seat! With the new truck, been a little OCD about vacuuming it up daily.

I also bought an "outdoor" rug to put in the bed. Worked out great cause I had to run errands Friday picking up an outdoor table and chairs. The back being sprayed with bedliner could scratch things up, so the carpet protected everything nicely. Lot easier doing it with a pickup!

Probably will wash the 2 week old Truck this upcoming week.

Nice ride.

Contemplating exterior vs in-line AVS. I remember the in-lines on my Xterra were meh and sometime the window would catch it. Comes down to performance and looks, how you liking yours?

I too got a cover, but not a trifold, just a roll up. Looking to install this week possibly.

Another winter wash over the weekend. Went about a month between cleaning. We have had zero snow in New Jersey so less salt, but truck still gets filthy.

I look forward to hand washes in the spring when the weather warms but want to keep the exterior somewhat clean these next few months.

Also finishing up stuff with my aftermarket Bed Handle !

Completed 500 miles since having the transmission re-flashed on Friday. There's been a definite change in shift feel, with smoother shifts, especially under heavy throttle. I kinda liked the less refined feeling, but I'm sure this'll be better for the tranny's longevity in the long run. The adaptive cruise, in limited use, seems to be better and less dramatic, too, which I'm VERY thankful for.
This. I had mine flashed when I went in for my first service in September. It's completely changed the feel, it sometimes still bucks but I have to be in the right sweet spot (not so sweet)...

Even the Adaptive cruise control has grown on me.

Although, after I flashed...I can't tell if I got an MPG hit because of it or Winter Gas?

I have dropped down to like 18.5 and was at 20-21 prior?

I'm eager to find out myself. Was testing the tonneau cover and seeing if it would change, nada. But it hasn't been a month since the install.

Having said that, I felt I was immediately getting a MPG hit after the flash. We'll see, hopefully gas change was involved.

Got a wash yesterday before bringing my truck in for service.

I was scheduled to have my 2nd Oil Change done and fix the non-working (reverse condition) of the volume knob on the console this morning.

Totally forgot they never did the Parking Pawl recall for me back in October (no parts), they actually brought it up this morning so hopefully everything goes smoothly with the installation...hope It doesn't mess with anything. The transmission update they did back in October smoothed out my truck tremendously.

I'm yet to see a black 3rd gen in person...nice looking truck.
Thank you. Here in NJ, I have seen the black version probably the most, with white the runner up. The dealership I got my truck from seems to have a decent amount of Black available.

I'll be picking up the Truck today, hopefully no surprises.

Been wanting to either vynl wrap the front for protection or do something.

We didn't even have a bad winter here in NJ but the few times I got stuck on the highway while a truck was salting, sounded like I was taking enemy fire. Absolutely pissed me off the 2 or 3 times it happened this year.

Should have done something before the winter but never again. Needs protection for my peace of mind in the future.

Assume they fixed the control knob and recall? Any issues? Do you notice anything different with the recall reprogram?
Volume knob works as normal. The Transmission Update was done in October (software that is), it improved the Transmission shifting and bucking big time and overall the ride since October has been good. I did feel like I took a hit on MPG but perhaps just winter gas?

All they did this past weekend was install the Parking Pawl because they didn't have the parts back in October. It doesn't mention anything else other than that and that was my expectation.

Hit my 1 year anniversary this past weekend, just over 14k! I definitely would like to bring that yearly mileage down...

Gave the truck a nice bath and cleaning on the inside. I Will admit, I have a Milwaukee vacuum in my truck so it gets a daily cleaning on mats etc. It sure is better to maintain it then to do a massive clean out, but that's me!

I installed the ADO RCKilla springs/LCA camber bolts, and Z1 1.5” spacers on my 23 Pro-X mall crawler over the last two days. Here’s a pic from yesterday while waiting on the alignment:

I have to be honest, I feel very low in my truck and definitely want a lift.

That looks very nice and level. Not a fan of the stock rake, but I get it. I would like to raise the front and back, but level them out. I'll have to do my homework though - nice looking truck!
