I want to lift the truck a bit, but I can't find anything in stock for the lift I wanted. So, I found Sumo coil spring spacers to lift the front.
The lift should be around 2". Do I need to install LCA cam bolts?

Are you referring to the Sumo coil spring inserts made by SuperSprings? If so, they aren't intended to lift the truck, but rather alter the spring rate.

If you're in need of an easy, pretty mediocre lift, Rancho and Rough Country both have budget assembled struts (I won't call them coilovers) available.
I'm about to throw the Ranchos on mine this week. Check out my build thread, happy to give any opinions I can!

The Ranchos are coilovers... just not adjustable. A "coilover" is just a shock with the coil spring surrounding it.
Also for future reference (not calling you out here, just want to make it clear): None of our trucks have struts - we have front shocks and UCAs :)

If you're wanting 2" of lift go with 1" spacer blocks that fit over the struts.
The spring spacers will alter ride height but usually hurt ride quality especially if your struts are high miles.
The 1" spacers will give you 2" lift, and def purchase the adjustable cam bolts if it's not factory equipped.
You will have to have the front end aligned, as the geometry changes quite a bit with even just 2" of lift.
Stay away from the 3" lift blocks, they cause way more grief than good.
