I hate to be the first one but what do you guys think is the biggest size tire that will fit the 2022?
Both SV and Pro4x.

Which lift are you going with? Height? We are putting 285's on and doing a lift to our frontier we will post pictures and specs once we get it back!
Fast HD, Summitt : 17x8 with a 30 offsetwhat wheels are you running? I’m curious of the offset/width.
17x8 with a 30 offset
None, other than having 2 plug holes to fill on the under side. I re-used the left over plugs but they needed a dab of silicone to make them snug.Any negative to pulling off the valance other than "aerodynamics"?
I think I'm gonna go with this:
I've emailed them some questions and after I get a response, I think that's the one I'm gonna go for.![]()
Alldogs Offroad RCKilla Coil Spring & AAL Lift Kit for 2nd & 3rd Gen Nissan Frontier
NOTE - Our Rckilla has been discontinued and our Spacer Eraser Kit replaces it.www.alldogsoffroad.com
I want to stay away from spacers!
I think that kit with 2.0"/1.5" and 285/70/17 on stock wheels will look perfect.
And I also think it will work well without messing around with any of the stock suspension components that the truck already has.
We'll see!
I never bought that kit. In the end I bought the full Nisstec 4" suspension lift!Did you end up having any issues with the UCA with this kit on the 2022 pro-4x?
I went 255/80. I prefer pizza cutters for offroad in a light truck.Anyone gone with a 255/75/17 on a 3rd gen?
Pretty readily available being a stock size on Jeep JK’s and JL’s. 32.1” x 10”. Taller but thinner than stock
Any pics of the 255/80’s? Are you running stock height or lifted? I’m very interested in 255/80/17 and/or 255/85/16. Seem like efficient tire sizesI went 255/80. I prefer pizza cutters for offroad in a light truck.
Might end up sizing down to the 255/75 though. I'm not loving E range tires.
I am running 255/80/17. So a 75/17 would fit no problem.Anyone gone with a 255/75/17 on a 3rd gen?

Thanks for the reply. Not concerned about them fitting as I’m currently running 275/70/17’s without issue. Just thinking ahead.I am running 255/80/17. So a 75/17 would fit no problem.
Agreed there are lots of "deals" on Facebook for jeep take offs.
No have a 2" ADO Koni lift. Thanks for the reply. Not concerned about them fitting as I’m currently running 275/70/17’s without issue. Just thinking ahead.
Are you running those tires at stock height?
What did you trim? Pics? I have the same lift and am currently running 16x8 ET15 wheels and 275/70/16 tires. I'm thinking about going to 285/85/16's in the spring.View attachment 347156
not sure if it’s been posted in this thread, but here’s some 285/75/16’s. Painting the steelies tomorrow. 2.5” RC N3’s front and rear, and all mud guards gone. Very minimal trimming required and if you never go off road you wouldn’t need to with this setup. I’ll personally be trimming and will post pics when the wheels are painted.
I'm buying a 2023 SV and want to know the biggest tire size....without mods....without rubbing. I read the forum, but everybody jumps all over the place.I hate to be the first one but what do you guys think is the biggest size tire that will fit the 2022?
Both SV and Pro4x.
Will 275/70/17 fit on my 2023 SV with no mods?I hate to be the first one but what do you guys think is the biggest size tire that will fit the 2022?

I have 275/70/17 Wildpeaks on my ‘22 with no mods other than the front air dam removed. Have never rubbed anywhere. I can’t speak to whether they will contact the air dam as I removed it before putting the tires on.Will 275/70/17 fit on my 2023 SV with no mods?
285-70-17 will only rub on passenger mud flap at full lock. They fit. Will 275/70/17 fit on my 2023 SV with no mods?
I just recently installed 285/75/16 on aftermarket rims and i had to trim the fender and melt mod so it would not rub so much on turns, still rub when shocks compressed.i almost forgot what these threads were like lol. my money is on 285/75/16 on stock wheels.
