Warranty on Catalytic Converters Question

Okay, so I know vehicles come with an 8 year/80,000 mile warranty on the catalytic converters... what happens if the catalytic conver is replaced, does the replacement have a warranty?

For example, my story:

Nissan replaced one cat under warranty at around 70k
I had a cat fail at around 96k, so I paid for that one.

I had the cat replaced around 70k, fail on me again, im at 120k, so im paying for that one.

Well... do i REALLY need to pay for the failed cat, that nissan replaced at 70k? Say for example i had it replaced at 75k, im at 120k which is 45k more...

my dad mentioned that the replaced cat might have a 5 year/50k warranty... is that true? Where can i find info on it.

I know i shouldnt be going through cats but i had a bad head gasket and some other problems i just had fixed (head gasket a few weeks ago)... and im selling the truck so im not gonna go replacing the supercharger/etc... im fixing the truck so its compliant/runs the best i can get it to.

So oif someone can help me out with warranties on replaced cats id appreciate it.

Ehh its as I figured. Standard parts warranty, 1 year/12,000 miles... that blows.

I mean i KNOW the cats are not going bad on their own, its cause of the truck but still, 2 years and im replacing it... sucks.

So I paid for 2 cats, and 1 was under warranty, blows. Ohh well... its being sold anyway, all repairs are done.
