Full windshield tint FTW, never have to deal with a damn manual sunshade.

3M crystalline 70 blocks 99.9% UV and 97% infrared and its damn near clear so no one can even tell its there.

I am also in favor of full windshield tint. I have 60% ceramic on the entire windshield, moonroof, and front side windows. 5% standard dyed tint on the rear windows. The dash gets warm, but not like hot to the touch. I use the pop-open circular sunshades if I know it's gonna be really hot.

I've used the accordion-style fold-up ones and the made-to-fit rollup ones in other vehicles. I will anecdotally say the made-to-fit ones work better but they and the accordion-style take up a lot more space and are cumbersome to deploy and put away. I figure, what's the point of having it if I never want to use it. I'd rather use something slightly inferior all the time than something better on occasion.

I got the accordion style shades from dollar store, they don’t last very long but they are really light and easy to fold and the size is perfect for our smaller windshields.
