They data logged my 2020 also. So far, no joy on trans temp.

Hi all.
I've just installed my winter tires and don't have TPMS with them. Is it possible that the SGII disable the low pressure light in the dash? It doesn't turn on and it's been more than 2 days. Normally i can see it within 20 minutes. Is there something i can try or test?

 

Just wanted to let you guys know, they got back to me with a working transmission temperature command! I posted a thread on it with all the information in it.

The existing/published nissan tpms codes didn't work for my 2021 sv, but scangauge support provides the following set which does grab the TPMS readings:

I programmed these in & thought they weren’t working because they all read 0.0. After driving around the block they all began reading. ‘21 SV special edition.

 

Yeah that threw me for a loop at first as well, but after reading the manual turns out you have to go above 16mph for the TPMS to actually kick in

 

just installed a scan gauge 3 in my 21 midnight . sadly none of the TPMS info works on mine . i tried what’s posted here and on the scan gauge website 😢

 

Did you take it for a drive?

Just wanted to make sure. I didn’t think they worked either until I drove it. I wonder why they work in my truck with Scangauge II but not in your basically identical truck with a Scangauge 3?

 

i’m guessing something with the different firmware between SG 2 vs SG 3

So I have trans temp I’m not sure what I did to make it work but it does I have the SG2

 

trans temp works on my sg3 also , everything but tire psi works so far . i wish oil psi was an option tho

 

Regarding the TPMS codes, can anyone confirm which code corresponds to which wheel on the truck and save me the trouble of deflating one at a time?

 

I don’t think the truck knows which wheel is where, so I don’t think it’s as simple as this code is front right & that code is rear left. If it was, can the truck tell when you rotate the tires & wheels get moved to a different corner?
