Question about NTB05-015b

Hello, all!

I tried searching for an answer to this specific question, but couldn't find anything.

I'm hearing a rattle around around 2,000 rpm, and it goes away around 3,500-4,000 rpm. I suspect that it's the issue described in NTB05-015b.

My specific question is this: does the noise only occur while the truck is in motion? I have tried to recreate the noise when in park or neutral while still, but it just isn't happening. Yet, every time I hit the accelerator while actually driving, there it is.

Thank you kindly, good sir! That's exactly what I needed. I'll try the vacuum hose trick to diagnose. Good to hear the part to replace is so cheap if this turns out to be my problem.

Good grief, this has been driving me nuts for the last couple of months!
