That's why all trails should be labeled "Not Safe For CarTrucks..."

that unibody statement is not totally accurate. there are some jeep xj's that are incredibly capable despite being unibody...altho many are beefed up with internal and exo-cages...

nice. offroad and ridgeline are not words that belong together. i cant see the vid at work, but i'll be sure to laugh at it when i get home later.

i don't think you could take a bad line over that, it was nothing! and his pos exhaust fell off because of it.
read around the board... they think their ifs pos is 'very capable.' what a bunch of douche bags.

lmao!! Hah I cant belive those ridgeline owners thinking that they "truck" can actually go "offroad" lol!

more power to them for wheelin!! gota have some balls to take something like that out on the trails, especially with the brushguard on there!!

But he is one lucky bastard. I wish my exhaust would just fall out onto the ground like that!!! it's a b!tch trying to yank it out on the trail!!

might as well take an 'element' off roading. their rears are probably absolute junk too.
has anyone ever seen the rear in one of those CRVs? they have 0.75" shafts. no joke! and the pumpkin is about the size of a grapefruit.

absolute peices of garbage. i would wheel my 2wd against one of those any day. that thing is a damn minivan with a bed.

This is unfortunate but funny. Watch what happens at the end. I'm guessing it was a bad install.

CRV is front wheel drive. The most that rear differential on a AWD CRV would see is half of the torque. Considering they have a 4cyl engine. Its probably big enough

Ever seen the rear diff on the Murano? 5 inch ring gears I think.

I was thinking the same thing. Put my truck against an AWD ridgeline in any terrain and I bet I come out ahead...

HEAR THAT RIDGELINE OWNERS... IM CALLING YOU OUT!!!!
i think for this to be effective, you need to say it on a ridgeline board...LOL

do it. hit up RLOC, but be nice about it. just say you and a friend disagree, the friend thinks the RL is more capable than you think it is....blahblah.

i'm pretty sure you could find someone semi-local who would buy into it and go for it.

what would the stakes be?

mind you, this would be for purely scientific testing purposes....

"this Is How We Do It"

Lol!

I know all of you who have posted here are having a little fun bashing the Ridgeline, but please don't incite any retarded "forum war". It's totally un-necessary and the last thing we need are a bunch of trolls coming over making a mess of this forum.

You've heard the saying, "Opinions are like @$$holes. Everybody's got one and not everybody wants to see/hear (about) it"

Keep it professional, gentlemen.

That is funny!!

There is also a video on you tube of some morons in a Ridgeline barely jumping over a arched road surface and both front airbags deployed. Search for it, it's quite amusing!

Unibody and offroad do not mix IMHO!
ive seen that one..........................funny and stupid.
