The Nissan Blue (and the green as well) is a HOAT - which is a combination of OAT and the old IAT formulation, at least according to the SDS sheet.

Are you planning on doing a full flush, or just replacing? Your primary issue is mixing two types of coolant that don't like each other which can cause the biggest problems.
