350z Z33 Nissan OEM Blue Long Life Engine 50/50 PreDiluted Antifreeze Coolant

Don't use 50/50 coolant. That is the bare minimum ratio that should be used. However, your engine block retains a good amount of flush water which when added to 50/50, gives a ratio that will be too low.
50/50 is okay for topping off, but not for initial fill.

Use Concentrated Coolant. If you add 7 quarts before you add any water, when filled you will have about 64% coolant, which is perfect.

Is there a manufacturer's recommendation?

You mean a brand?
Nissan recommends Nissan Coolant. And Nissan oil. And Nissan Washer fluid.
Same with other car makers, they all blow their own horn. Always have.
I use Prestone All-Vehicle Concentrate.
I refill to 2/3 coolant to water ratio... 67%.
