I have a 98 reg cab 4wd xe that has a rusted bed. I found a local bed off a 98 king cab that's in great shape. My bed is 78in/ 6.5 ft, and the kc is 74.4in/ 6.2 ft. Has anyone done this swap or know if it's possible. And if so, does the frame and/or mounting holes need cut? Thanks for your help in advance.
