Technically you can not raise your payload capacity. Adding air bags will not raise your payload capacity, it just makes it handle better. Removing items like your tailgate, spare tire, interior pieces will reduce your weight and will increase your payload. The only solution is to buy a bigger truck. If your unsure of your payload go to a truck scale and get weighed while being fully load.
