There are larger holes in the hood hinge where it bolts to the hood itself for adjustment. If you don't want to mess with the dealer (though you'll want their help with paint issues) you'll just need a wrench and another set of hands. Open the hood, loosen the bolts up just enough to get some play, adjust the hood, tighten just snug and check the fit (slowly in case you're off) and tighten if it's good. If it's off far enough that you need fender adjustment you need to have that addressed by the dealer.
