To all my fellow Frontier and xterra owners. If you know Purolator, they make a fantastic filter. They're owned by Mann-hummel, which makes oe manufacture filters but Purolator is based in the US. Right now on Amazon they are going for $2.75 (75% off) for the PurolatorOne (blue) filters. Crazy good deal. The BOSS version are also half off.

*EDIT: sadly, it seems like Amazon caught on to the high volume of purchases and raised the price a couple of bucks :(
It's still a good deal at under $5.

*EDIT AGAIN: Now we're passing the $8 mark. Sadly Amazons algorithm picked it up. Honestly, I had no idea they would adjust their prices quick like that but I guess don't underestimate them. Maybe the prices will come down again around black Friday, keeps your eyes open fam.

They must be area or account specific pricing. Showing $6.99 on my end, but that's still good enough for me. Appreciate the heads up (y)

Just ordered 6 myself. 2.75 is a steal. Thanks for the link
It's all good . Still a good price and I have never had any issues with Purolators in the past. (y)
I placed a couple in the cart for the next amzn order we will place. Just did my oil change, and wife's isn't due for a while either. Figured I will be ready for the next time ;)

EDIT: So I went back into amzn , WITHOUT logging into our account and was able to get the filters at $2.75 (y) :giggle: , and THEN transfer/log into our account with that price. (y)
Oh nice that's awesome glad you're getting that deal. It's too good to pass up.

Spend a little more and get the BOSS filter.

I looked at Amazon for this and the Puralator Storefront said the filter doesn’t fit my 2024 Frontier SV.

Yeah that's weird we literally all have the exact same engine. Your part number comes up as a 612,which is the same filter as the 370z/G37. Which is a slightly smaller capacity filter. Z1 sells a "high capacity filter" to the 370 community, which is just a standard frontier/xterra/pathfinder/titan filter. Which is equivalent to the Purolator 610. I don't know why purolator switch to the smaller filer on the 24+ that's really strange

I know so sad, more expensive than the Boss ones which are arguably one of the better filters on the market. I guess we all got to witness Amazons AI/algorithm in real time. Went up to $4.75 in a couple of days and now almost $9. Kinda lame of them but I get it

I can't imagine them going bad unless they are stored in a humid area they might develop rust. As long as they're in a cool dry area they should last years and years. Even the rubber seal should be good for a very long time. A little grease isn't a bad thing on the seal though to keep it from dry rotting but I highly doubt it's needed
