I have a 2014 SV 4x4. Had this same vibration when I bought it used. Turned out to be the stock exhaust system vibrating at idle. Dealer looked up the tech service bulletins on it and there was one. They replaced a small section of the exhaust. The replacement section had yet another one of the beer can shaped counterweights that are welded to the exhaust in various places to tame the stock exhaust's vibration. It helped considerably, but I still was not satisfied.
I eventually added another exhaust hanger to spot that seemed to be vibrating the most. Bought an exhaust hanger from an auto parts store, modified it a bit, and found a good place on the frame to secure it to. That second effort on my part seemed to cure the bad vibrations. I still get a bit of it once in a while, but rarely, and it's WAY better than it used to be.
