Hi there! I had just recently bought a 4x4 2010 Nissan Frontier SE 6ft Crew cab (214,000 miles) unfortunately I need to sell it to get something better for my family. It’s only been driven on highway and It has pretty much all the bells and whistles. I also added a few things, what do you think it is worth??
-Towing Package
-Bed System
-Sun roof
-Power Windows & Locks
-Cold AC/Heat
-Cruise
-Back Seat Storage
Aftermarket:
-New CarPlay system
-New Tonneu Soft Bed Cover
-New Air filters

It’s interesting when you buy it new each package has an added cost but when you trade it in they don’t add any value 😬🤦🏼‍♂️

Welcome to the forum. The miles will scare a lot of buyers off, but no matter the miles condition is what’ll determine value. Rust, body, interior, tires, etc.

A basketcase will be $1500 as a runner, if mint with 214k you may find someone willing to part with $5000+ but you’ll have to be patient and wait for them. All depends how fast you want to move it. Best valuation will be looking for your competition on FaceBook Marketplace.

My advice would be to NOT check "book value" like KBB, a more realistic price would be assessed by checking around your area for what other Frontiers are selling for in similar conditions. I usually check on Autotrader using the 200-300 mile radius with my zip code. A friend just went through this, he was trying to trade in a 2015 compact SUV and was offered by Dealer $2500, after negotiating they brought their offer up to $5000, but he declined since current listings for same vehicles with more miles are $10k-12k. So, he bought new car without trading and sold this to a friend for $8500 and then put that towards the balance. Then after a year he is thinking of refinancing it local through his local Credit Union.

That's a lot of miles. And, for a 2010, has the radiator been replaced and timing chains or tensioner. These are things a buyer might ask and it would be good if you knew the answers to these questions.

Well...what did you pay for it, when you recently bought it? That should be a good indicator of what it's worth. It's value certainly hasn't gone up, though.
