I just bought my first “Little Truck” after driving F150s for 10 years.
I miss the power, but I am loving the simplicity.
So uh… Greetings from Central Florida

Paid $10300 for it with 36k miles on it. Has some rust, former pool truck, but still a good looking little work truck.

So far I have added a topper to it and done a breather mod on the rear diff, just a barb and some fuel line into the tail light area and a small lawn mower fuel filter on top.

planning some kind of brake swap soon though… stock brakes are really really bad on these trucks. Especially with a few hundred pounds of cargo.

Tell me about it....drove a 05 F150 bought new for 17 yrs....8 ft bed....5.4 Triton...4:10 rear.....quite a difference but I dig my Fronty....

I had a 2015 FX4 with the 3.5 Twin turbo and a Bama Racing tune and a 2023 with the 2.7 twin turbo…..

I miss the tourque, but I was provided the 23 from my job brand new, and sold the 15. Then got laid off last month, so I needed something cheap and reliable as a work/service truck. This is those two things.

Welcome from a fellow new guy!

I spent 4 years cruising around in my 2001 Frontier (first car/truck) while I was at UCF years ago. Had a blast in that little 4 banger, wish I still had it. Hope you get some good use out of yours, looks like it's the perfect fit for what you need.
