I agree, but 3 or 5 lights and prefer the word frontier.
I am definitely in the market for something different looking.

Good point, or better yet, don’t waste time with attempting to acquire permission. Simple home Vinyl decal and you control that part of the customization.

I'm definitely interested in seeing what you come up with. I don't like the faux chrome burger or the matte silver bucktooth insert on my 2014, have been thinking about painting the insert body color to match, but something like this replacement would be even better.

What is the white diamond pattern? Just an illustration of pattern? What is really needed is to cover the lower grill opening as well. You mention “Recent”. Does this mean you won’t be covering 2005+?

That grill looks fantastic!!! I’ll buy one for sure!!! I added this lower grill to my 2018, had to cut and fit but it turned out great!!!

I'd be interest in a replacement grill.
I don't care for the factory chrome grill on my SV and was trying to figure out what to do about it. The blackout grill would be a nice enhancement. Please keep us posted with a date of availability and price.

I have some DLR LEDs that I want to attach to a lower grill that is more of a mesh pattern. A tight one that I can drill 3/4 inch holes for mounting and preferably metal and stout.

regardless of how good the idea is, I'm extremely cautious when a new member proposes a killer deal. next will be the kickstarter contributions ....followed by (months later) of members screaming for updates and "I want a refund". It is challenging when the reputation score is zero. Still, it can be done but it's a little bit of a tougher sell to ramp up buyers
