I don't know, your going to have to look, and measure the bolt pattern, side to side, front to back. The next thing to check on is wether the electrical connections are the same. My "guess" is that they will fit, and that the front floor pan is the same, on the Xterra and the Crew Cab. Finally making sure that your seatbelts are compatible with your new seats, again comparing measurements. Helped a buddy put junkyard late model seats into a 40 Ford, there was a ton of crawling and measuring seats to fit, at least you only have to research one. Good luck.
