Has anyone experienced this problem yet?
About 8 months ago some of the logs on my display changed.
Check out these pics some of the logos do not match the station, they used too.
Step 1 still under warranty take it to the dealer...
New Satellite antenna and cable and tried to find an software and firmware upgrade.
No upgrades available. They said contact siriusXM.
Did that and after an hour of them checking and checking and refreshing the radio NOTHING!!!
Now they say take ti back to the dealership it's on them. I'm at a loss here and i'm getting very FRUSTRATED!!!
Forgot to mention i have a 2014 Crew Cab SV

Not sure what I am supposed to be seeing, I don't doubt your having a problem though

Check out the logos they do not match the station listed below on the screen.

(IE) Radio is on Patriot radio and the logo reads BON JOVI radio
all the logos in the pics do not match the station listed below the logo.
Look very closely, Y2Kountry should not be ( EXTREME TALK)

Hope you get this sorted. Keep us posted as to how this gets rectified.

If you ever wish to cleanly sever ties w/ them, call BEFORE your contract is up and request they contact you ONLY by mail and no other methods. Otherwise you will be called multiple times. Did I mention they'll call you multiple times?

Periodically there are channel updates done that will shuffle some of the channel numbers. Simply go through your list and manually update your presets. Also, read the email that you get from XM, when there's a major channel update that involves shifting them around, users are notified.

If these channels are not in your presets list, not sure how to sync them up, so that everything matches.

Yea, the price got ridicules, took the super offers a few times from the retention reps. Gets old having to threaten to drop them every year to get a decent price. Got rid of them and Dish, saving $2500+ a year, put up a AM, FM and TV ant for house and keep more CD's in the vehicles!

Same situation with my truck. Y2K Kountry says Extreme Talk. I contacted XM and they refreshed my signal but nothing changed. XM said the wrong icons are their fault. I would like to get it fixed.

The amount that they call is ridiculous. I have blocked several of the numbers they call from but they still call. Every time I tell them to not call me anymore. Last time I was so frustrated that I got a little loud with the fella. The worst part of my truck purchase so far has been dealing with the XM calls.

I just got my truck a couple months ago, so I still have the free intro deal. I don't really use XM at all, but the couple times I have I also noticed that the logos don't seem to match. Only likely explanation I can think of (since the logos didn't match the very first time I used the satellite radio), is that the images are preloaded as part of the firmware, not downloaded over the air. If that's the case, a firmware update would be required to fix the logos.

Thanks for the replies. Since original post i have contacted SiriusXM Again spent about an hour with customer service with no change.
They said i still need to take it back to the dealer. It's something in the radio. I guess thats my next move. If anyone figures this out please let me know.
