Xentec Bi Zenon HID High Low not switching

I just put in my HID conversion and the lights look great, except when I go to put on the high beam the light does not change. The packing slip and the box says "9007 bi xenon" I noticed that when I put in the HID bulbs that the are spring loaded and can be pushed into the socket about 1/2 inch. I am assuming that this is how the high beam in generated...is that correct? I hooked up a relay harness. The HID bulbs had a 3rd wire which I connected to the wiring harness's high/low switching lead. Any ideas on why this is not working and if I am correct on the method of the high low mechanism. THanks!

I had the same problems that you had, but i read on the forum that there are three wires on the connector on the HID kit that plugs into the stock harness that need to be switched around. All you need to do is to poke them out using a small screwdriver like the 1 for eyeglasses. I had to try about 3 times to get the right combo but i eventually got the high beams to work.

Yea this is correct, it is the blue plug that goes into the factory light bulb harness. Had to do the same with mine in order for the HID's to work correctly. It might take you a few times to get it right (sometimes just the Highs work).
