Best bet is to go to a salvage yard. That piece is part of the entire overhead console(per my local dealership parts dept.) and run about $300. There is one on ebay currently for $150
I've been checking the local yards, but no luck yet. I've only been able to find it with the entire overhead console as well. I'm sure there's one out there somewhere...
