Fits perfect even with the BakFlip VIP.
Once folded, the BakFlip only reduces bed length by 6.0".
With a little adjustment of the tailgate straps to shift things aft, made it work great.
For those interested in the fitment between a Crew Cab SB (P4X), Nissan OEM Tent US Part Number 999T7 BY350 CC or European Part 999T7 BC350 CC, in conjunction with an inatalled BakFlip tri-fold, they work together very well.
