i made a mistake on lifting my truck with the PRG mini lift. i added two inches in the front and rear which of course left me with the factory front rake. i was wondering if anyone had a set of stock leafs from an 2007 crew cab nismo that they might want to sell/trade. on the trade part, my leafs got the 2" deavers from prg. so just a thought. the reason i need a set of leafs is because i had a shop put my deavers on and never gave me my extra parts back like the overload leaf.

If I remember right when I did mine... yes, that's all that's taken off.

Just a thought though.... the rear does sag after a while. I actually had to put in a 1" lift block to even it back up with the front.

It sags with the Deavers? Or after you added the cap?

I noticed a sag in the deavers. I had the cap since I got the truck (only put it on in the winter, can't fit the bike in the back, don't use the bike in winter). I've had the deavers in since May 08 and noticed a gradual difference. However, I do use my truck as a truck. The bed is used for dirtbikes, axles, recycling/dump trips, cinderblocks, firewood, and even towing my 17' dovetail trailer so I'm not surprised they sagged. Can't forget they have to endure 4x4ing where they get fully spring and unsprung countless times.

Just saying that I think you should hold out replacing them so quickly and see what happens.

o okay i understand now. your saying that the deavers will get broken inn after a while. ok gotcha. well my problem is that my truck doesnt get used as a truck ha (it hurts to say that ha). it does the off roading and all but i have never pulled a trailer behind this truck yet. the only thing that has been in the bed of my truck is lawn equipment (push mower and all that jazz) but never had anythng over 80lbs in the bed.
with that said, using weight to break in the deavers, what if i took my 22ft dovetail trailer with my john deer tractor and just put enough weight on the hitch (using the wheel crank to adjust) to make the deavers stress a little. maybe keep it in that position over night?
