I'm looking to instal a wired fm transmitter. I have a 2010 se with the standard stock head unit. Can anyone recommend one for me? And do any stores sell them or just online? I'm looking to hook up my xm and iPhone.

I use one

Actually, I have one in my truck and one in my wife's Subaru. Ours are only left and right RCA inputs, though. I haven't looked for any wired FM modulators that have more than one input. The ones I have I got at Best Buy and were about $45 for the unit. It's powered off of a 12v source like a cigarette lighter, and activates when it detects a signal from the music source.

I can tell you that the sound is very good, especially considering that it's wired to the stock single-CD stereo, and it retains the cheap, thieves-will-pass-up-my-crappy-stereo look I was after. Best of all, it is totally reversible if ever you want to sell your truck or trade up for a newer one at some point. The only extra stuff you might need is an antenna adapter wires for the Nissan stereo antenna input, which is a little unique. The adapter can be had from Crutchfield for $25 shipped.

depending on what stereo you have, you can use the PAC adapter (~$65) which gives you 2 separate inputs and is a directly connected unit.
Another option that allows wired fm is the Harman Kardon DP1US(~$20) which also has 2 inputs. I'm using both of these together since the PAC gives a cleaner audio input vs. fm and the DP1US gives a 'joystick' control of the ipod.
