When I was putting in new front speakers recently, I lost the clips that hold the cranks on (didnt have the proper tool... a friend told me that you could unclip them by kinda twisting a piece of rag/cloth around between the crank and door panel.. well it did work, but the clips shot off, never to be found again)
Then rather than finding new clips right away, I drove around for a while with the cranks just kinda placed on, and they were prone to falling off, and eventually one managed to get lost entirely (guess it fell off and got kicked out accidentally when the door was opened...)
Anyway, Im gonna need replacements...
Was checking ebay, all I can find are aftermarket ones from Thailand (I did find one OEM, but the shipping was $32 on an $8 item...). They say that they'll fit up to 2005. Im hoping that's not the case and it'd fit my 2016. Think they'll fit? The size of the window crank gear shaft seems like a weird thing to change, but stranger things have happened....
