After 2 years of upstate NY winters, I decided to blast my light bar and start over. (5 coats of primer and 5 coats of color matched paint and 3 coats of clearcoat didn't last) I was thinking of linex myself. Any other ideas out there? Would love to hear them

The bar is primed and ready. I just got a quote from lines... 250.00 + tax, I think that's a little steep. What should coat it with that will last.

I used the aerosol bed liner from Wally on mine. I am a firm believer that prepping is 90% of finish durability, and it worked fine for me. No harsh winters here, though. Brake caliper paint has worked well for me in the past, only wish I had a local powdercoat guy.

thats the plan im going with, i wet sanded primer on the light bar, its nice and coarse now. Going to start spraying it Wednesday once it dries. Got the rustoleum aerosol spray. i figure if i chip it, i can at least touch it up to some degree without it looking like absolute crap.
