Ok. So I just got my White Rhino bar. Yay! There's a but though. I assumed (probably my first mistake) that the front end was the same as a Pro4x with the one piece bumper since my Equator has a one piece bumper.

However after holding the bar to the truck, I think I'm up the creek. It doesn't look like I have the curved supports on the truck that the light bar mounts to. Check out this pic. This is the passenger side through the bumper opening.

From the other pics I've looked at, especially "raine" and his pics, I looks like the should be a support right where those two hoses cross over each other. Am I right? Or am I dumb and missing something since I haven't removed the grill yet to get a full view.

Feel free to tell me I'm a dumb a$$. Lol

Ok. So I'm partly a dumbass. I think. I took the grill off and it looks like the supports on the Equator are shaped completely different and are farther apart than on the Frontier.

Here are some pics.

The red circle is of course the bar bracket and the blue is the radiator support

Think I could fab a plate or attachment of some kind?

Unfortunately you're right, it looks like your braces are different. Question: do you have the 3 panel clips on the underside of the bumper opening, and do they line up with the slots on the WR bar? If so, pop these out, use some 3/8" hardware and temporarily attach the WR bar to the bumper (the three bolts can hold the bar in place). This will put the bar where it's supposed to be, and you'll be able to see exactly where the WR brackets line up.

That said, it still looks like you'll need to fab some L-brackets that attach to the radiator support bolts.

Yup. I have those clips. They do line up perfectly to the slots on the bar's plate. To fasten them however it will require cutting the vertical plastic bars in the lower bumper opening. The back of the plate hits those and doesn't go in far enough.

I will get some pics of it that way though to give me and others the total view. Good idea.

I'm determined to make this work because obviously I'll be the only Equator period with this light bar. ::smile::
