Im trying to install some power door locks in my equator and i just have no clue on where to mount the actuators so they dont interfere with anything.

if anyone can give me some pictures of where theirs are mounted that would really help

I would highly suggest that you surf thru the audio install threads. You will find most of your pics there. Also, there is a DIY where a member installed dynamat (actually an off brand but you get the point) and that showed a ton of pics that were very detailed.

The main thing to remember is that they fit a set in from the factory so an aftermarket set-up should probably be in the OEM location.

just gotta sit there and place em and try to see where they fit best, and keep in mind you can always bend the rod from the actuator to make it work

i got them in but when i put the door panel on the cable lock kit thing i used rubs against the panel.

and i got sent the wrong keyless entry kit so this project went on the back burner till the weekend

i was gonna order from them first but everything i read on the internet was bad about them. from never receiving parts to serial numbers dremeled off of products

really? ive never heard of that, their warehouse is close to me and people here get stuff from them all the time
