You have a power port on the dash (cigarette lighter)? The wire on the tip is hot, the wire on the side is ground. Follow it to the ground location.

 

On my 22 I bought the accessory plug harness. I think it was behind the driver's side kick panel.

 

Yes, I believe there is a connector behind both side kick panels.

Pull the glove box. You'll find a factory ground on the left side. I ran a ground to it for my USB ports on my RubiGrid

Auto dimming Mirror and dashcam install

 

i saw that, my 2025 sv didn't come with an auto dimming mirror. strange.

 

I put a ham radio in my P4X last year... you must be going crazy as I was with the lack of a ground! All that shrouding up under the dash - you can't get at anything solid! Why did they do that?
