I feel like it comes in way too much . Even when driving slow on dry ground it kicks in and my truck stutters for a second . Seems like it happens every time I make any type of turn . I have a 2012 sv king cab 4.0 . Tires are in good shape too

Your hubs may be worn, which makes the sensors act up. Though, I have aftermarket hubs and my ABS kicks in on fast corners as well - it's really annoying. I turn off the VDC sometimes, helps a little

I've found that an alignment out of whack also kicks it on more often than it should. How long has is been since the last one you had?

Any lift or any other suspension modifications? Stock sized tires?
Everything stock .

I'd give the front end a thorough inspect for loose/worn parts, pull the ABS sensors from their holes and see how much schmoo is built up on them (both front & rear) And like Zed said, you may have worn out hubs.
