I just started the "SV vs Pro 4X mileage" thread but starting this one with a different title as I wanted to get some others attention as I need more information.

I am looking at a new left over 2016 KC PRO 4X and have an appointment with dealership tomorrow, but the closer I looked at the truck the more suspicious I am getting.

It's missing a number of items and I like to get an idea of everthing that's missing.

Cardboard box is missing, I know it for the utiltrack system, but can you tell me in detail whats in it?

Other items missing; floor mats, bed rail covers for the 2 rails at the bottom of the bed.

Looks like this leftover got raided. Will also check for the jack and spare tire. What else should I look for?

4 cleats for the track system
2 end caps for track system
1 wrench for the end cap bolts

Here is my list so far;

Floor mats - missing
Utiltrack kit - missing
Bed rail covers - missing
1st aid kit - need to check
Jack and Jack handle - need to check
Spare Tire - need to check
Skid Plates - need to check

If this wasn't so sad it would be funny, OK its funny. LOL

My Pro-4x was missing the cup holder inserts, the owners manual, the utilitrak rail covers and all related accessories, and something else I can't recall.

Have dealership verify the cabin filters are installed.

I got a new old stock 2016 Pro-4X in the beginning of March 2017. I went through it the same as you are doing to make sure it had everything.

I made sure mine included all the things you say are missing, plus it also came with:

Bed extender
Plastic cover for the arm rest (Keeps it clean when the dog tries to jump in the front seat.)
Cup holder inserts

Some of the things we had to steal off other trucks so I know how yours got to be missing so many things. I figure if I'm buying a brand new truck it should come with all the brand new truck things! I put up a big stink about it though, I don't like being pushed around at dealerships.

Thanks everyone, was able to go to the dealer with the info I needed and they made everything right.
