Ok so heres the deal. I was driving the other night and the lane I was in went from really wide to narrow due to a turning lane, no problem... Or so I thought. Instead of just paintin the turn lane there was a small curb cutting the lane off. So I didnt notice this until I smacked the curb with the left front wheel. As soon as I felt the hit I swirved but it was too late and the truck jumped a little from the hit. Now my steering wheel is not straight (when the truck is pointed straight the wheel sits to the right a bit like I'm turning) Would a simple alignment fix this? I already jacked her up and made sure nothing looked bent broken or tweeked in any way and I dont get any vibrations or anything when driving (nothing seems to be affected other than wheel). Thanks for any advice guys.

Take it in for an alignment and have them look for damage while they do it. But make sure you take it somewhere you trust so they don't just make something up..

did it hit your wheel? the answer is that your alignment (specifically the Toe) is off. this is easily corrected but as stated above, make sure it's somewhere you trust to do it right. make sure to ask for a before and after printout, they should be able to provide you with one

it was a small curb so just the tire got the hit. I had marks on the writing on the tire from the hit. (stock wheels still just for reference) I'm glad to see that an alingment should do the trick. Thanks fellas!!

Just for safety, I would have them also dismount that tire and check it out, make sure none of the belts are separated due to the impact.

yea a rebalance on that one tire wouldn't be a bad idea either, they'll have to if they dismount it but even if they don't, have them check it

NismoFrontier08....I've seen that pic before...b?
Which one my avatar or the one of my truck? The avatar I got in a text so I decided to put it to good use. Maybe Nintendo will get hip to this controler

Didnt think about that. Well I did the brakes the day after this happened and I didnt see anything wrong with the rim or the balance weights but your right a hit like that I should get it rebalanced just to be sure. More money out and none coming in!!! Gotta love this life :censor::censor:

i wouldn't want boobs for a controller, they are usually attached to females and they are way too fragile for gaming, one minute you think you are about to frag someone with a UAV in MW2 when all of a sudden she's "no longer in the mood" and decides to "turn off the controller" on you. despite your protests, no more gaming for you that night

If only "turning off the controller" equaled "taking off the shirt", then it would be ok...but we all know that does not happen. :thatswck:

I would!! Because if she is an uptight prude then she wont want to let you use the "controler" in the first place... Now a girl that would let you is either dumb and is the kind of girl who does wet tshirt contests for fun or is just plain DTF!!! Either way its a win win. Then if you get mad you can smack your face with the controler without any damage to your face now thats :fantastic:
