Westin Fey Diamondstep universal rear bumper fitment?

I'm thinking about buying this for my 1st gen crew cab long bed but it says in the description that I need a 'vehicle specific' bracket in order to properly mount it and there doesn't seem to be any for the 1st gen frontier.

I found this YouTube video with a 1st gen crew cab that has this bumper installed so it's definitely possible. I tried contacting the uploader but so far no response.

Is there any 1st gen owners in here that have had success installing this bumper?
