Yes it will work. The two rectangles bottom left of the mat in the picture above are the cutout markings for the cargo box mounts.
Weathertech Rear Floor Liner King Cab
For sale is a Weathertech Digital Liner 1 piece rear floor liner. The P/N is 44047-2 which should work for any 2nd gen King Cab but confirm your configuration and part number on weathertech.com. It's in great shape but I have a crew cab so never used it.
