I'm posting this separately so it doesn't get lost in the original post. I installed a walker oe replacement kit. Went on easy, but the pipe wall is pretty thin. Some asked about sound level so I made a little clip. The tip did not come with the system but I found it on ebay. For $26 shipped.
Hmm won't let me add a video clip. No drone at 2k cruising speed. If you want to hear it, I can email you the clip. Just pm me your address.

Does it sound stock-like to you in the driver's seat? Walker makes an array of mufflers...so would expect an OE replacement to sound, well, stock. The price was right IIRC! How does the Y-pipe compare construction-wise?

In the end of 2001 when I bought my 2002, Nissan offered a sport exhaust replacement. They don’t have that as an accessory anymore when changing to this generation.

Yes sounds stock. The y pipe is a much better design. I'll try to get a pic after work and post it.

Oh and I added a pic of the tip.
