Okay folks. I have been working with Joe from Cajun Tuning on my uprev tune but have a problem that neither he nor uprev support have been able to fix for me. I have 4 maps on my truck - performance, economy, stock, and valet. For whatever reason it will not shift maps period. No lights flash for confirmation amd no changes (as tested by attempting to activate the valet mode and testing the rev limiter it puts in place). Joe is at a loss and the uprev support guy, Hames, first said the tune was fine did my cruise work. Proved my cruise works then he said I was trying to shift maps wrong, showed video of doing it the right way then he said my cruise didn't work, showed proof again my cruise works now he says the tune must be wrong from Joe (which he had already stated was fine). Anyone else had issues like this? It is really pissing me off that I spent this money and am getting the run around from uprev. Joe said its something on their end they need to fix and they seem to be insinuating its Joe. I have no idea what to do.

1. Joe @ CajunTuning is awesome.
2. It is definitely an UpRev issue, I had the same issue with my 2013 Frontier in 2015. My tunes would not change with the cruise control, ended up being that the current ECU firmware version was not compatible, and the changed something with the code space that UpRev modifies - If Christopher Kauffman still works for UpRev you can reach him at [email protected] - he is one of the software engineers with UpRev when I worked with him in 2015, he was the one that took my ECU dump and figured out why the mappings were not activating properly, you could let him know he worked on a 2013 Nissan Frontier for "Alex" back in early 2015. He should be able to get it sorted out for you, I have a few other contact names at UpRev if you need them, but Chris would definitely be the person I would contact - Chris also knows Joe @ Cajun.
