I have an 06 le CC and have no lift. The factory Grabbers really suck so I want to upgrade to an all terrain tire. will 265/70/17 fit with no lift. I plan on doing a 2-3 in lift soon.

it will fit, but if you are planning on adding a lift why not wait and then get a 285/70 r17?

The 265/70R17 will fit without any issues. If you don't want to modify anything the 265/70R17 is a great size. Here's some fitments I have run on my frontier.
