Just curious how easy it really is to install the undercover 5020. I found the link below about it...
http://www.clubfrontier.org/forums/f10/undercover-tonneau-cover-questions-51471/

I was just wondering what to expect because the bed has factory spray on liner and there is a liner on top of the side rail. I was just curious if those (side rail liner) will get in the way.
Anything you've experienced as an issue would be great if you could explain what the issue was and how you corrected it.

Also if it matters it's a 2005 NISMO Crew Cab w/Utillitrack with lift kit.

Thanks

The bed rail caps don't interfere with the cover. It does take some time to get the brackets on with the utilitrack system. I had to cut the brackets for my bed extender slightly so I could move them up and down the utilitrak brackets without them hitting the attachment brackets for my undercover.

Mine went right on no cutting. Maybe 20-30 minutes of work to get all the brackets lined up. But once all set up the cover pops on and off in 3 minutes.

Thanks for the reply. Good to know. At least i'll know what to expect when I buy the bed extender. That's next on the list.

Thanks again.

Thanks for the pics bro!!!

The Tono cover came in and it was a little longer than 30 mins to install. The left side (Drive side) hand knob to screw the hinge into the mounting bracket was an issue. The bolt was a little too short so I have to gently pry the wall over slightly till the threads caught. After that the only other issue was the poor image quality of the docs for the bulk head extender. I couldn't make out the orientation of the thing. Looked like someone made copies of a copy that they copied and shipped.

Also, I don't think that little girl they have on their pics can pick up that tono cover.....lol. :thatswck:

I'll post a few pics when I get a chance.

I don't know I'm pretty sure she could have installed it for you in under 30 minutes
