Hello Everyone,

I have just got a nice package from prg products and plan on working on my suspension this weekend. Currently I have 2" spacer lift with 1.5" blocks int he rear. I'm upgrading to PRG UCAs, radflo coilovers, deaver kit for the rear, and new bilstein shocks.

My question is: how difficult is it to remove UCA mounting bolts that attach UCAs to the truck (not to spindle)? I had to replace both lower control arms, when I installed adjustable cam bolts, due to bolts being completely seized up inside the metal sleeve. I hope that nothing like that will happen with the upper ones.

Should I go out and buy new bolts and nuts, just in case I have cut the old ones off?

Thank you,

Nick

did it not come with new bolts? there is one for the steering arm, so you can just torch it off. hit it with lube over night...use never cease putting it back together. i found the rear leaves were the worst part of the job

The rear bolt on the driver side has to be cut off. (hack saw, sawzall, angle grinder... torch if your ballzy) other than that they all bolt off.

05ccle,

The advice given above will help you.

On another note, I would like to buy your 1.5 " blocks in the back if you would like to sell them. I will PM you.

Thanks
