So i have done a bunch of searches on this site and I still can not find any pictures of our trucks ( specifically a crew cab) with a cap on the back. I really like the way my new truck looks but i have had caps in the past and I also like the functionality of the enclosed bed. Does any one have or know where to find photos of this. Thanks

Here is mine - ARE brand - I greatly prefer tall caps, even if doesn't look as good as cab height - also, still fits in garage
I think it looks good. The taller the cap the more versatile it is.
I like the Equator.

check the for sale sites, I've seen several trucks for sale with toppers...you can get a good idea of how they look from there. I like the truck posted above, topper fits like a glove.

I'm really considering the Softopper, seems pretty convenient, practical, and well built enough for the purpose it serves, I don't need a shell constantly, just when I camp or need to cover up whatever is in the bed and protect it from the weather. I already have bins in the bed of my truck to keep smaller stuff out of the weather, so this seems like a perfect option, do suggest others look into the idea of the softopper too :) I gotta say though, the frontier does look pretty sexy with a real topper.

heres mine with the softopper. its pretty handy, wouldnt recommend for full time use as the back window isnt the easiest to open. it is a sweet item tho, love how easy it is to take off for my dirtbike and hauling stuff but its also way nicer than a tonneau cover for the extra space. the box stays dry which is a huge bonus.

From the back - I know I've got better pics somewhere:)

The cap is great in the winter (adds extra weight to the rear wheels and is worth its weight in gold for carrying groceries and other stuff).

I pull it off in the summer. It's a wedge design and hurts gas mileage a little.

So I just talked to Snug Top about their tops and they do not have a dealer anywhere near ohio. They said I had 2 options, # 1 drive to MO. #2 have it crated and shipped to me for about $450. This is crazy! I like their tops but I'm not paying $450 on top of the cost of the top. Do you guys who have this top live near a dealer or what did you do to get your top?

I bought mine off Craigslist for $60 and it was off a Chevy S-10. After some serious modification it fit my truck. Fun project but you have to have some serious patience. I looked for so long to try to find a canopy that would fit a 07 Fronty KC but I finally came to the conclusion that I would have to alter one. A lot cheaper than buying one from a canopy dealer...

Good luck though.

I LOVE IT!
I had one of these on the Titan, and am getting ready to buy one for my Frontier.
Sure wish I could find a pic of one on a KingCab though

I ordered mine from dealer about 4 miles from house last week. I'll post pic when it's on the truck. I ordered the SnugTop hi-liner.
