Well, came out of work to find my rear passenger window smashed out. Found my bag on the ground a little ways away oddly enough. So except for a $180 glass bill, lost nothing.

Who has put alarms in their frontier? I am looking at the Viper 791XV I htink, but wanted any opinions anyone had.

I would suggest Compustar. I have one in my 05 Frontier as well as my 05 Murano. I've also had them in 3 previous vehicles. They aren't cheap but worth every penny. I install my own so I save some $. Viper is still a great system, but I've had both and haven't gone back to Viper. Plus Compustar has a manual trans. option that actually works and is safe.

i would go with viper, i have a viper 850XV on my ranger, and i swapped it to my frontier, but im going to jump up to the new model the viper 1000. my friend put a alpine alarm in his truck, and another friend has had both a viper and alpine. been happy with all of them.

did you already pay for the passenger rear window because I have an extra set, both the power and vent window, straight from the dealer.

Long story on how I got two sets but basically the same thing happened to me...wook up to find my passenger rear windows (power and vent window).

If you didn't already get the window..i could sell you mine for real cheap

I got the 791XV - its on order and getting installed next week. Bught it off ebay, and having it installed locally.

Yes, I got my window replaced the day of incident...
