I put in an order for skid plates for my truck with them end of October. Followed up with them based on their provided timeframe mid-december and got a generic email back saying "All current skid plate orders are shipping this week. You will receive a tracking number once they ship."
I havent received any emails with tracking info and no response to phone calls or further emails.

Anyone have similar experience with them or know how to get a hold of them?

When I have attempted to call them in the past, it has taken some time to get anything back. My answer has been to be persistent and leave plenty of messages, Chris will eventually call you back. They are a fairly small (definitely not sketchy) operation so it can be tough to get a hold of them. Hopefully you hear back now that the holidays are over! I am local, so if I can help in any way, let me know!

I have been doing that. Its just frustrating that their "lead time" per the stuff they send you is 5-6 weeks. I'm at over 12 weeks here and I cant get any real information from them.

Do they post on the forum here?

Yeah, that does seem long, it took me about 10 weeks to get sliders from them. I haven't seen them post on here.

I know they make the skids in batches and they are getting ready to make a batch of T-Case skid plates (I am waiting on one myself). Did you order a full set? If so, that may explain the time frame if they were waiting to ship them all at once.

I am expecting a pair of powder coated LWB sliders before 1 Feb from Hefty, I'll be watching this thread and updating my status here as well.

Yeah, I had ordered the full set of skids they sell.

Its been awhile since my hefty experience but emails were answered much like yours. My sliders shipped the day they said they would, two months after I ordered them. I was aware that they had long lead times/slow response @ time of order so I was OK due to their overall quality.. Still happy with my stuff. I would imagine the Holiday's are part of your issue.

Try Istagram... they usually post once a week and I often see quick replies to questions on their posts. Might work.

Just got off the phone with them. Not gonna lie, when Chris picked up I stuttered cuz I didnt know what to say lol. Wasnt expecting anyone to answer the phone.
Apparently they are in shipping and I should be receiving a tracking number later today or early tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed. Looks like my skids and sliders may arrive together. I'll be busy MLK weekend if they do.

I once worked in a small production shop. 3 guys including me. It was always a vicious cycle. Anytime spent on calls and emails was time not spent making the items people were calling and emailing about....

FWIW, I never had an issue with the timelines for Shrock. They shipped on or before the estimated date every time I've ordered from them.
