Quick question for all you automatic owners; I noticed that when I am in drive, at a stoplight, that there is a bit of noticeable vibration from the drivetrain/transmission. However, when I pop it in neutral the vibration completely disappears. I know that this is somewhat normal for automatics but again, a bit more noticeable in the Frontier compared to other automatics I've driven. I've only purchased this vehicle a month ago and until now, I've only owned manual transmission vehicles. Should I be concerned?

Do a search and you will find endless posts about this. Thats the way these trucks are. If you cant stand it you need the rps bumped a couple hundred.

It's normal. My last car was actually worse than my Frontier. In my old car, it felt like it would rattle the steering wheel out of your hands. I'd get so annoyed I'd put it in neutral at long traffic stops, click it in D when the light turned green.
