Tried the search, couldnt find a good answer on this.

I have 2009 16" Steel rims with TPMS and just got some 2005 NISMO 6-Spoke alloy rims.

I know the TPMS sensors are different for the steel and alloy wheels, but will the steel sensors work with the alloys? Problem with the angle?

from what discount tire told me they have an adapter (rebuild kit) that they change to make the fit. they charge $7.50 per sensor
